I'd like to share my excellent experience with Viktor's Auto Services! I'm very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the customer service. From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive and polite the staff were. They took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained everything, and quickly found the right solution to the problem. The work was done professionally, carefully, and right on time, without any unnecessary delays. I'd also like to highlight their honesty and transparency-no upselling, no unnecessary services, just straightforward and fair pricing. You can really tell they care about their customers and their reputation. My car is running perfectly after the repair, like new! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Viktor's Auto Services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto re op.

My mom Escalade transmission came in working but after 3 months of a non working vehicle this mechanic couldn’t figure out what was going on with her vehicle. He kept charging her for everything! Knowing he didn’t know what was wrong! I will never take my vehicle there again! My mother trusted him with all 3 of her vehicles and he took advantage of her! After her Escalade sat there for more than 4/5 months with no contact ! they messed up the transmission. Another mechanic had to figure out what was done cords was cut that should not of been cut. A transmission had to be rebuilt bc of what was damaged. I took my Mercedes also, he tried to diagnose me with transmission issues, I immediately told him I was taking my vehicle because I needed a 2nd opinion.! He wanted to keep it another day for some reason. I chose not and to get it immediately . I took it to contemporary! I new it was done right! Victor diagnose my Mercedes with transmission issues which was a-little sketchy to me. I just wanted to get my vehicle out of there. Glad I did which saved me $3000!I sure do miss Greg! A honest soul!RIDICULOUS! Because you don’t know who to trust !

We from out of state and our car broke down while on the way to our destination. Pulled our van into the lots and Viktor was so kind and nice to help us take a look and took care of our issues. Not to mention we was with our elders parents and young kids. Bless this man and his shop.

I have already referred three people to this place since I’ve used it great on pricing, the owner is fantastic. He is honest and tells it like it is I highly recommend this place for any vehicle not just imports like BMW and Mercedes they know what they’re doing this is the place that when the local places do not know how to figure it out, they send it to him so I just basically cut out the middleman. Thank you so much Victor for everything you did for me and my BMW X5.!!! From now on he is the only one to touch my cars!
